Issues with information being sent to parents ...

UPDATE - Wednesday 25 January. We continue to have issues with our information systems. It means we are unable to access information on students at any year level, including their timetables, contact details or email addresses. We have IT people continuing to work on this issue as I write this, and we are hoping to have the system back up and running asap.

For Year 12 & 13 students who will be attending Course Confirmation Day on Friday and who may not know what their subjects are for 2023, we have copies of that information from last year and HOD's will be confirming that you have entry into that subject. If there are any issues, we will work with you on Friday.

We do apologise for this ongoing issue but will be in contact with you as soon as we are able to do so.

Currently we are experiencing problems with our information systems. This means that emails being sent to parents and caregivers containing details about the start of the year, including Ako classes and option subjects, may be missing some of this information, or may have been sent to students in the wrong year level. We are working on this problem and hope to get it resolved soon.

We recognise that many of our new students, and Year 9 students in particular, will be keen to know what classes and options they are doing this term, and get themselves organised with uniform and stationery. This lack of information may be causing concern and we apologise for this, and for any resulting inconvenience.

We will be resending emails with the information as soon as we are able to do so.

If you have any queries or concerns, please contact me directly - [email protected]

Thank you for your patience.
