2020 Start of Year Arrangements

Monday 27 January                  Senior Course Confirmation Day in the Hall                 

All Year 12 and 13 students MUST attend at following times. Only those Year 11 students who wish to change a subject need to attend – at 10.00am.

9.00am     Year 12

10.00am   Year 11 students who wish to change a subject

11.00am    Year 13

GR8M8 training is at 10.00am for students volunteering for this

Tuesday 28 January                  Teacher Only Day

Wednesday 29 January           Years 9, 12, 13 students attend – all students to be in full and correct uniform

8.30am – 10.00am                      Year 13 Assembly and Ako Time. Report to Hall

10.00am – 10.45am                    Year 9 Powhiri – students gather at the Hall entrance, under the canopy

                                                       Parents, caregivers and whānau are welcome to attend

10.45am – 2.00pm                      Year 9 students move to Ako Class to start Orientation Programme

                                                       Volunteer senior helpers stay at school to assist

12.30pm – 2.00pm                      Year 12 Assembly and Ako Time

Thursday 30 January                Years 9, 10 and 11 attend – all students to be in full and correct uniform

9.00am – 3pm                             Year 9 students on Day 2 of their Orientation Programme

                                                       Volunteer senior helpers stay at school to assist

9.00am – 10.30am                      Year 10 Assembly and Ako Time. Report to the Hall

10.00am – 11.30am                    Year 11 Assembly and Ako Time. Report to the Hall

Friday 31 January                      ALL students attend

8.40am – 3.15pm                        Full teaching and learning timetable begins
