COVID 19 Vaccination Registers
On Monday 11 October 2021 the Government advised that anyone who may have contact with children or students or will be present at a time when students are also present, must have had a first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine by 15 November and be fully vaccinated by 1 January 2022.
This includes all volunteers for the school in the sports area – coaches, managers, drivers, or anyone acting in any capacity with our students involved in an extra/co-curricular activity, both on and off-site. These volunteers are also likely to be police-vetted as part of the school’s policy of keeping our students safe.
Schools are required to keep a Vaccination Register for all staff and others who come into contact with our students, and therefore all volunteers are required to complete our Vaccination Register, informing the school of their vaccination status.
Could you please complete the Volunteer Vaccination Register form below. The only people to access the database of this information will be myself and Karen Huaki-Feaver, the Principal's PA who will manage the information. The Director of Sports will be given information on volunteers' vaccination status so he is able to manage the school Sports programme.
