VOLLEYBALL

Volleyball is a popular sport at UHC. We currently field 5 girls' teams and 2 boys' teams. Our senior A team is currently in the top regional grade. A senior regional tournament takes place every term 1 and a junior regional tournament in term 4. We have been sending our top senior teams to Nationals for the last couple of years in Palmerston North. This is a growth sport at the college.

At the 2012 regional tournament, our girls and boys teams each won their respective pools, the girls going through to the final. Our junior boys team was the top of the Hutt Valley competition for term one and our senior boys have qualified for the regionals in term four.
