NETBALL

Netball is the largest sport at Upper Hutt College. We usually field between 15-20 teams and, along with Sacred Heart and Hutt Valley High School, contribute the most teams to the Hutt Valley Secondary Schools competition. Our Premier 1 side plays in the schools' top competition and travels every year to the Lower North Island National Tournament. Students are required to purchase their school netball uniform from the school shop at a cost of approximately $70.00. The school shop will also re-sell this for you on consignment if desired. The playing season begins with trials in March-April and concludes with the netball prizegiving in late August. Volunteer coaches/managers are always welcome.(the student netball levy is waived if a parent is coaching or managing)
