BADMINTON

Badminton is a very popular sport at the college with approximately 15-18 teams competing each year in a variety of grades, both social and serious. Game night for most teams is Friday at 4pm with junior girls currently playing on Thursdays at 4 p.m. Open training days are available on Tuesday and Thursdays in both gymnasiums from 3.15 to 4.30pm. These are casual in nature with no coaching provided. Coaching is available on Mondays for those students wanting to specifically advance their games. Badminton managers are always required(either staff or parents). If parents manage a team their child's badminton levy is waived.

CSW offers both junior and senior championships each year as well. A call is made for these each year in the daily notices for those wanting to participate.
